Hey!
Thank you for being here! I’m Meaghan, the gal behind Meaghan Mac Weddings — and the first thing that you should know about me is that I absolutely love what I do.
I was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia (but if you ask me for directions, I will still need to pull it up on Google Maps). I am a lover of the east coast, sweet treats, a good cocktail, and my fiancé (yes, this planner is also currently planning her own wedding!)
I have an extensive background in food and beverage, hotel management, and large-scale event planning. However, from the moment I entered the wedding industry in 2017, it never felt like “work.” The passion, drive, excitement and investment was instantly effortless and intuitive to me. Instead, it immediately felt like I had found what I was meant to do.
My approach to wedding planning spans from early decisions through to the final details, while considering what will feel the most like you. I create space for you to be fully present in a celebration that feels natural, elevated, and unmistakably yours. Every wedding is unique — and the level of support you need should reflect that. I value guiding all couples towards a day that not only honors their favorite love story, but feels like a day that you truly deserve (because you do!!)

I’ll guide you from initial concept through to final execution, with every component intentionally designed and a thoughtfully curated team of vendors — allowing you to be fully present as your wedding day unfolds flawlessly, so you can sit back, relax, and simply get married.
Wedding Coordination
Starting at $2800
For the lovers who feel prepared in the planning process, have sourced their preferred vendors, and have set their desired vision but need the professional oversight to bring everything together. In the final three months, we perfect each key element and ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed — so your wedding day unfolds effortlessly and exactly as envisioned.
Partial Planning
Starting at $4900
Designed for lovers who have laid the foundation but want professional guidance in bringing everything together. Starting six months before your wedding, we refine key elements, align logistics, complete your dream team of vendors, shape your design and ensure all plans are cohesive. You can move forward in the final months with confidence, while we coordinate and execute your wedding day seamlessly.
Consultations
$150 an hour
Whether you’re just beginning your planning journey or want to ensure you’re on the right track for a day you deserve — our one hour consultations can provide professional references on reliable venue and vendor selections, building + structuring your timeline, food and beverage order overviews, budgeting review or general wedding planning checklists. All we have to do is chat, and you’ll leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and prepared for the celebration ahead.
