My name is Meaghan & the first thing to know about me is that I LOVE what I do.
I was born & raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia (but if you ask me for directions, I will still need to pull it up on Google Maps).
I am a lover of the ocean, seasonal trips to PEI, my fiancé (yes, I am also currently planning my own wedding), laughing more than I should, & a good cocktail.
I have an extensive background in food & beverage, hotel management, & event planning. However, the wedding industry has officially held my heart since 2017. What started as following my gut to change career paths lead me to finally doing what I know I am meant to do. As soon as I realized my job didn’t feel like ‘work’ to me, there was no going back.
Over the last few years, I was the general manager & wedding coordinator to a local event space. In a short time, I transformed it into being an award-winning, full service wedding venue. I have personally worked closely with 150+ couples, so you can count on me to work with you & for you. Starting off as a wedding venue coordinator has given me such an advantage & thorough understanding of what your venue & vendors need, & in turn — I know what you need.
My approach? Weddings are a personal experience, to say the least. This relationship together doesn’t begin as a business transaction & I never want it to feel like one. Our relationship will feel like a sigh of relief & be built on trust, empathy, friendship, creativity, shared goals, knowing your damn worth, & making it happen. Working with you on your wedding day is a privilege. I am here to make the process seamless, effortless, & memorable for you & all of your loved ones.
Everyone is deserving of pure connections, best intentions, & being treated like a human-being. With me, you are in a safe & trusting space where, if you want, you can allow yourself to be vulnerable. Something I always say (that I am very passionate about) is that wedding planning will not be stressful if you are with the right people. So sit back, relax, & let’s get you married.

This is for the lovers who feel confident & comfortable planning their wedding, but would still value expert guidance in finalizing details, connecting with vendors, & being fully present on their big day.

You’ve starting the process, but now what? This is for the lovers who can get themselves started, but time approaches too quickly to see it all through alone. Starting 6-8 months out before your date, I’ll pick up where you left off & handle the rest.
