I truly don’t know where to begin as to expressing my admiration & appreciation for Meaghan. She provides so much support during the entire process & makes you feel listened to, prioritized, & truly valued as a client. With Meaghan — you find a truly caring wedding planner & for me, now, a dear friend.

Everything during the process & the day was nothing short of exceptional & we cannot thank Meaghan enough for being apart of a day that will forever be part of our most cherished memories as a couple.

If I ever had to plan another wedding (which I won't), you would have to pry Meaghan's services from my cold, dead hands.

Meaghan was easy to work with, kind, warm - felt like a best friend from the get go. She was organized, handled vendor communications with professionalism and ease, and made sure our day ran perfectly. She and our photographer were the perfect team, and were somehow everywhere they needed to be at every moment. During the lead up, Meaghan made suggestions, kept us on-task and on-topic, was detail-oriented on items we would have overlooked completely, and created a timeline that perfectly matched our goals for the day. I initially doubted our need for a coordinator when our venue had an event team, and I am so, so thankful that we opted to reach out to Meaghan.

I imagined myself being far more organized than I was, and when I was absolutely not, Meaghan was unflappable: she picked up the many pieces we had left for her and took our limited guidance to create the most beautiful wedding day we could've ever imagined. She captured our vibe and energy in her decor, she kept everyone in the right place at the right time with kindness, and truly let us enjoy the day. Meaghan captured the perfect balance of being on-deck, available, and present during all of the wedding moments, but low-key - she fit right in among our guests.

Meaghan (and her amazing husband Chris!) far exceeded my expectations for a wedding coordinator and I will recommend her to every couple getting married that I know. We are so grateful.

“Everyone tells you the same thing when you are planning a wedding: be careful who you trust with your day. Your vision, your money, your dreams... it's the biggest day of your life. There wasn't a single moment in this whole process where I second-guessed trusting Meaghan with ours. Even though I already knew she was amazing going in, I still somehow underestimated how far she'd go for us.

From day one she just felt like a friend we had always had. Someone to vent to when things got stressful, someone with genuinely good advice, someone to laugh with, even cry with, and someone who made the whole planning process feel so much less overwhelming. Meaghan has this way of making you feel totally taken care of while also just quietly knowing exactly what needs to happen behind the scenes.

When our wedding day actually came, I don't even know how to explain what it felt like to just be present and enjoy it, fully knowing Meaghan had it all under control. There are a thousand tiny things happening that you don't even realize need to happen, and she was everywhere, anticipating stuff before we had even thought of it, going way beyond anything we expected from her.

Now that it is all over, one of the things we are most thankful for is having her with us through the whole thing. If you are on the fence about whether you need a planner or coordinator, YOU DO! And if you're wondering whether it should be Meaghan, the answer is YES!!!! Any couple lucky enough to work with her is in such good hands. We handed over one of the biggest days of our lives and she made it even better than we could have pictured. We can't thank her or recommend her enough.”

Meaghan truly went above and beyond in the best possible ways. One of the things I have to be thankful for, is having Meaghan in my life. Having her as a part of our wedding was a must. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and I’m so grateful for the friendship we’ve developed through this crazy wedding journey. Thank you Meaghan for your continuous time, energy, and support to make our day so special.

We feel so lucky to have had Meaghan by our side during this journey. She came in to save that day right as we were deeply overwhelmed in the wedding planning process, what a game changer.

From the start, she made everything feel so much more manageable and (dare I say) actually fun. She just gets it. Meaghan kept us on track with decisions, made sure no little detail slipped through the cracks, and somehow made a process with a million moving parts feel totally under control.

Because of her, not only did we get to fully soak in and enjoy our wedding day, but we genuinely enjoyed the months planning leading up to our wedding. If you’re thinking about hiring Meaghan… do it. You truly can’t go wrong. It’s so clear how passionate she is about what she does, and she brought our vision to life in the best way possible.

As a type-A person, I didn’t think I would need a Wedding Coordinator. I was absolutely wrong.

Hiring Meaghan was the best possible investment. Her years of experience and fabulous eye speak for themselves. She prompted me to consider things that I didn’t even know needed a decision. Meaghan handled way more than she needed to and made sure everything ran smoothly. She advocated for us with vendors, ran our rehearsal, and wrangled our massive bridal party with ease.

On the day, she was absolutely everywhere with a smile. I still have no idea if anything went wrong because Meaghan has already handled it. If you are having any doubts about hiring a coordinator, I cannot recommend Meaghan more.

Meaghan is honestly a wonder in the wedding planning industry. We brought her on after our 3rd staff changing at our venue and we honestly wish we had more time with her. Having Meaghan be a part of our wedding was like having a best friend you trust make everything run smoothly. She understood the vision and executed it perfectly. She was in our corner for everything we needed and voiced our boundaries when we needed to.

I cannot say enough positive things about her. My husband and I have said it so many times that we are truly so grateful for her and only wish we had her from the beginning of our wedding planning journey. Adding her into our lives was the best decision we made and we are so lucky to have gotten to work with her.

We’ve been joking that it should be illegal to have such a stress free wedding experience. Meaghan was fantastic to work with. She has so much knowledge which helped take a lot of pressure from us, and she was always accessible to ask questions.

She had ideas we had never considered before which ended up being some of the best choices of our wedding.

There are few words that can describe what a joy and privilege it is to have Meaghan on your team. I could say all the things you would expect, like how professional, organized and timely she is, however Meaghan’s empathy, calmness, and passion for your big day is what truly shines. She will always be two steps ahead of you, ready to bring your wildest dreams to life. She will always stand up for you and support you in this wild & crazy industry.

Long story short, Meaghan makes you feel safe & heard everyday up until and after your wedding. We are truly so lucky to have had such a marvelous individual be a part of our wedding day.

Take it from someone who considers themselves organized, well-planned, & logistics-focused: we could not have had the wedding day or planning experience we had, without Meaghan on our team. From day one, Meaghan went above & beyond to make sure she understood our goals, shared her insights, & that we were getting the day we wanted. We didn’t know what we didn’t know, & Meaghan was with us every step of the way, helping us communicate with vendors, lead site visits, & join us for many mini-planning sessions & check-ins to ease our minds.

During the planning process, she was our fierce advocate & backbone. On the day of, she was our shadow; never far, but un-intrusive. From start to finish, she smoothed any & all bumps before we saw them & made sure we had the perfect day. We keep saying we can’t believe how seamless the wedding & reception were, & we know we owe so much of that to Meaghan & her dedication. Our flawless day was created by months of intentional & thoughtful planning with Meaghan at the helm. Always just a text away– we felt so at ease with her in our back pocket.

I think Meaghan used to be Halifax’s best-kept wedding secret, but now that she’s running her own business in the field, I know it won’t be long before she’s the name on every couple’s lips when they start to plan their big day. We love Meaghan & quite literally do not have the words to say thank you enough.

We live in Montreal (but got married in Halifax) and Meaghan made the long-distance planning sooo easy.

Meaghan was amazing during the entire process, meeting with us virtually whenever we needed to discuss or ask our millions of questions. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make us & our guests feel comfortable. We always knew we were in good hands.

Our wedding would have never been possible without Meaghan. I cannot express how much I’ve appreciated Meaghan throughout this process. She was such a listening ear, professional problem solver, and all around amazing human.

Our wedding day was an amazing day and one we will remember forever — and we know it wouldn’t have been the best day if we didn’t have Meaghan there doing her Meaghan Magic. The wedding industry is truly her calling and it is so lucky to have her in it.

If you are considering hiring a coordinator, I seriously recommend Meaghan. We were originally supposed to be married at another venue, which is where we first met Meaghan. When plans changed, the first sadness I felt was that we weren’t going to be working with her. Fast forward to seeing her business pop up and I JUMPED at the chance to have Meaghan coordinate our wedding & thank goodness we did!

Meaghan holds a lot of credit as to why our day was so incredible, on the day of & the months ahead as well. We are so grateful for all the work she put into executing our dreams, she gave us peace during the stressful times knowing that we were in great hands. She thought about all the little details that I never would have thought about. If you are considering hiring a coordinator I seriously recommend Meaghan!

What stood out most, was how warm and welcoming Meaghan was.

Meaghan took the time to truly understand my partner and I, and our vision for our wedding day. She made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our plan (even when I had a hard time making up my mind!). It was clear that Meaghan is dedicated to making the day as stress-free as possible for the couple & their families.

From that day on, no question was too silly or too big. Meaghan worked to bring our vision to life alongside us, and also had the best suggestions and advice when we needed it.

On our wedding day, everything was perfect. Meaghan created an atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. Even weeks after, we are still receiving positive comments about our wedding day.

My partner and I are from out of province, and Meaghan made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process, even with being so far away.

Meaghan was beyond incredible. There was no question she did not have an answer to. She went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding planning process, as well as the day of to ensure I felt supported and so special. Not to mention she was an absolute hype queen the day of — she is no longer just a coordinator but a lifelong friend of ours!

Upon meeting Meaghan — we knew we were in good hands.

Meaghan is so talented and knew every little detail to help make our day perfect. Any couple is lucky to work with her — she is the best of the best and truly incredible. Thank you to Meaghan for making our day so perfect, it was a dream.

Meaghan is wonderful at what she does, and her passion for wedding planning shows with the high level of care she puts into them.

There were no questions too big or too small for Meaghan and she makes sure to ensure all the little details are cared for.

To illustrate those small details Meaghan is seemingly hardwired for — we had communicated whilst planning that I don’t drink alcohol, and upon cocktail hour starting (and a passed bubbly toast with our guests), I was handed sparkling water. While to some a small gesture, taking note of even the little things really made me feel heard and like I was ready to participate in my own festivities without compromise.

Because of Meaghan, our day was filled with enough love to last us a lifetime.

Meaghan is truly a treasure in the wedding planning world. From the very beginning, she has brought so much care, calm, and genuine kindness to this process. She not only cares deeply about making our wedding day special, but also about us as people — our well-being, our stress levels, and our experience as a couple going through such an important season of life.

My partner and I are both busy young professionals, and Meaghan has honestly been the cornerstone of our wedding planning journey. She consistently goes above and beyond, taking care of countless details with such thoughtfulness and professionalism, while somehow making the entire process feel peaceful, positive, and manageable. Her presence is incredibly reassuring, and she has a way of making everything feel less overwhelming.

With everything going on in the world and in our own lives, I can honestly say Meaghan is one of the main reasons we’ve been able to move through the wedding planning process with so much more ease and confidence. We feel so lucky to have her in our corner. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a planner who is not only exceptional at what she does, but also deeply caring, supportive, and wonderful to work with.

“From the very first message we shared, I knew Meaghan was special. We connected INSTANTLY and immediately I knew I didn’t just want her, but needed her to help us out with our day of coordination. She went above and beyond leading up to the big day checking in with me, giving me recommendations, and just being the expert ear that I needed. On the actual day, I was able to let go, enjoy myself, and focus on what mattered, because I knew she would have everything covered and handled. She had our full and complete trust! Our wedding ended up being absolute perfection and I just know that wouldn’t have been a possibility without her.”
