I truly don’t know where to begin as to expressing my admiration & appreciation for Meaghan. She provides so much support during the entire process & makes you feel listened to, prioritized, & truly valued as a client. With Meaghan — you find a truly caring wedding planner & for me, now, a dear friend.

Everything during the process & the day was nothing short of exceptional & we cannot thank Meaghan enough for being apart of a day that will forever be part of our most cherished memories as a couple.

As a type-A person, I didn’t think I would need a Wedding Coordinator. I was absolutely wrong.

Hiring Meaghan was the best possible investment. Her years of experience and fabulous eye speak for themselves. She prompted me to consider things that I didn’t even know needed a decision. Meaghan handled way more than she needed to and made sure everything ran smoothly. She advocated for us with vendors, ran our rehearsal, and wrangled our massive bridal party with ease.

On the day, she was absolutely everywhere with a smile. I still have no idea if anything went wrong because Meaghan has already handled it. If you are having any doubts about hiring a coordinator, I cannot recommend Meaghan more.

Meaghan truly went above and beyond in the best possible ways. One of the things I have to be thankful for, is having Meaghan in my life. Having her as a part of our wedding was a must. Meaghan is honestly a wonder in the wedding planning industry. We brought her on after our 3rd staff changing at our venue and we honestly wish we had more time with her. Having Meaghan be a part of our wedding was like having a best friend you trust make everything run smoothly. She understood the vision and executed it perfectly. She was in our corner for everything we needed and voiced our boundaries when we needed to.

I cannot say enough positive things about her. My husband and I have said it so many times that we are truly so grateful for her and only wish we had her from the beginning of our wedding planning journey. We keep saying we can’t believe how seamless the wedding & reception were, & we know we owe so much of that to Meaghan & her dedication. Our flawless day was created by months of intentional & thoughtful planning with Meaghan at the helm. Always just a text away– we felt so at ease with her in our back pocket. 

I think Meaghan used to be Halifax’s best-kept wedding secret, but now that she’s running her own business in the field, I know it won’t be long before she’s the name on every couple’s lips when they start to plan their big day. We love Meaghan & quite literally do not have the words to say thank you enough. 

There are few words that can describe what a joy and privilege it is to have Meaghan on your team. I could say all the things you would expect, like how professional, organized and timely she is, however Meaghan’s empathy, calmness, and passion for your big day is what truly shines. She will always be two steps ahead of you, ready to bring your wildest dreams to life. She will always stand up for you and support you in this wild & crazy industry.

Long story short, Meaghan makes you feel safe & heard everyday up until and after your wedding. We are truly so lucky to have had such a marvelous individual be a part of our wedding day.

Meaghan holds a lot of credit as to why our day was so incredible, on the day of & the months ahead as well. We’ve been joking that it should be illegal to have such a stress free wedding experience. Meaghan was fantastic to work with. She has so much knowledge which helped take a lot of pressure from us, and she was always accessible to ask questions.

She had ideas we had never considered before which ended up being some of the best choices of our wedding.

What stood out most, was how warm and welcoming Meaghan was.

Meaghan took the time to truly understand my partner and I, and our vision for our wedding day. She made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our plan (even when I had a hard time making up my mind!). It was clear that Meaghan is dedicated to making the day as stress-free as possible for the couple & their families.

From that day on, no question was too silly or too big. Meaghan worked to bring our vision to life alongside us, and also had the best suggestions and advice when we needed it.

On our wedding day, everything was perfect. Meaghan created an atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. Even weeks after, we are still receiving positive comments about our wedding day.

My partner and I are from out of province, and Meaghan made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process, even with being so far away.

Meaghan was beyond incredible. There was no question she did not have an answer to. She went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding planning process, as well as the day of to ensure I felt supported and so special. Not to mention she was an absolute hype queen the day of — she is no longer just a coordinator but a lifelong friend of ours!

We live in Montreal (but got married in Halifax) and Meaghan made the long-distance planning sooo easy.
