Where I come from
Before launching my own wedding planning business, I served as General Manager and Wedding Coordinator of a local event space here in Nova Scotia. In a short time, I transformed it into a multi-award-winning, full-service wedding venue — one that became highly sought after across the wedding community. Together, we redefined what a wedding could be in Nova Scotia, raising the bar for service, aesthetic, and guest experience — setting new standards that continue to influence the industry today. This is something I am incredibly proud of.
Having worked closely with over 200 couples, I can anticipate the chance of a spark and put it out before it becomes a fire. I have a thorough understanding of what venues and vendors need to operate seamlessly — and in turn, I know exactly what you need to feel supported, not just on the wedding day itself, but throughout the entire planning journey.
My approach? I don’t just consider timelines or design. I fully understand weddings from every angle — venue logistics, vendor coordination, food & beverage service, client expectations, guest experience, and all the countless moving pieces behind the scenes. I am there to guide, adjust, and manage every detail, allowing you to be fully present in each moment. I don’t want to just plan your wedding, I want to be the magic behind the moments.
